Fails safe with an auto-refund
The job runs through our GPU pipeline. If the order cannot complete, the failure path refunds credits back to your balance automatically.

Private, watermarked delivery
When a job succeeds, you watch and download a private result that carries a visible MYAV.AI watermark by default.

Orders run behind an atomic fail-and-refund path: if a paid job does not reach a finished result, credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Saved faces are deletable
Face data is encrypted at rest, private to your account, deletable on request, and erased again when you delete your account. Generated outputs are purged with account deletion too.
Private, watermarked results by default
Generated outputs are tied to your account rather than publicly shared by default, and every delivered face-swap carries a visible MYAV.AI watermark.
Direct operator support
A stuck deposit or missing order does not disappear into a bot. Support messages go to a real operator through [email protected] and the support form.
