We treat your face like a password. Here is exactly what happens to it.
How we store your photos
Every photo you upload for a face-swap is encrypted at rest with a server-side key (AWS KMS). Only the face-swap pipeline can decrypt it, and only for the duration of the job.
How long we keep them
We keep your upload for 90 days, then auto-delete it. You can pin a face to your library to keep it longer; pinned faces sit in the same encrypted store until you remove them.
Who can access them
You, and our face-swap GPU pipeline. The GPU processor receives the master clip and face image only to run the job you requested. No employee browses uploaded photos in ordinary operation. We do not run face recognition, moderation classifiers, or ad-tech tagging against them.
What we never do
- We never sell your photos
- We never send your photos to advertising systems
- We never train models on them
- We never tag them for advertising
Watermarking
Every face-swap output includes a visible MYAV.AI watermark. It is not removable from the rendered file. If you see a face-swap claiming to be from us without this watermark, it is not from us.
DMCA and abuse reports
Email [email protected] with the URL of the content and proof you own the rights (or that you are the subject of a non-consensual likeness). We action verified reports within 24 hours. For non-copyright abuse — harassment, doxing, non-consensual content — use the same address.
Account deletion
You can start account deletion at any time from /account → Delete account. Once you confirm, the site signs you out and does not offer a self-serve cancellation path. Contact [email protected] if you need help with a deletion request.
